This workshop began as a local seminar at TU Munich, contributing to the establishment of femtoscopy as a key tool for studying hadron-hadron interactions using ALICE data. It evolved into a workshop aimed at bringing together theoretical experts and experimentalists, resulting in numerous innovative techniques for analyzing femtoscopic data and fascinating results. Starting from the past edition, the workshop has been officially internationalized and hosted in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is the 4rd edition of FemTUM, and will be hosted it in Prague, Czech Republic, with the partial support of the Czech Technical University in Prague.

In this edition, the program will focus on:

  • Experimental prospects with data from Run 3 of the LHC
  • Using two- and three-body correlations to constrain the Equation of State
  • Links between femtoscopy and coalescence studies related to light-nuclei production
  • Theoretical developments in the modeling of three-body systems
  • Theoretical advancements in the dynamical modeling of molecular states
  • And more...
