The event itself lasts from Tuesday 7th July morning till Thursday 9th July evening, while Monday and Friday are travel days.
Accomodation is arranged in the Masarykova kolej hotel in Dejvice for the students and in Novoměstský hotel for the steering committee. The accomodation includes breakfast. Metro A-green line is the main mean of tranpsort between hotels and event venue.
Lunches will take place directly at the faculty via catering company.
