The fee includes the organizational and technical support of the conference, information materials and proceedings, social activities such as a welcome drink, social evening and refreshment during the coffee breaks.
Bank fees are paid by the payer. Prices include VAT 21%. Payment after the end of the event is not possible for accounting reasons.
Payment on the registration desk is only possible after agreement with the organizing committee.
*A discount for students is possible upon request to the organizer. Students are required to provide a scan of an ISIC card or other document confirming their student status via e-mail prior to the payment.
