Welcome Drink

Sunday, June 7, 2026 | 5:00–7:00 p.m.
Conference venue – Břehová 7, Prague 1

The conference will begin with a welcome drink on Sunday late afternoon at the conference venue. This informal gathering provides a first opportunity to meet fellow participants and reconnect with colleagues. The registration desk will be open during this time for early check-in.


Boat Trip on the Vltava River

Tuesday, June 9, 2026 | 5:00–7:00 p.m.

Participants are invited to join a scenic boat trip on the Vltava River, offering panoramic views of Prague’s historic landmarks from the water. This event combines sightseeing with informal networking in a relaxed atmosphere. Light refreshments will be served on board.

Catering Selection
  • Beverages (Unlimited): Non-alcoholic Radegast Birell; selection of soft drinks (Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Tonic, Ginger Ale); orange, apple, and multivitamin juices; seasonal homemade lemonade; ice tea; mineral water and tea/coffee.
  • Appetizers: A selection of approximately 5 pieces per person, including: 
    Mozzarella with cherry tomato and basil pesto (vegetarian, 6, 7, 3, 12, 8)
    Camembert with cranberry jelly on light bread (vegetarian, 1, 6, 7, 3, 12)
    Roquefort mousse with nuts and grapes on light bread (vegetarian, 1, 6, 7, 3, 12, 8)

Conference Dinner

Wednesday, June 10, 2026 | 6:00–10:00 p.m.
Bethlehem Chapel, Old Town (wheelchair accessible)

Within walking distance from the conference venue.

The conference dinner will be held at the Bethlehem Chapel, a national cultural monument located in Prague’s Old Town. The evening will open with a classical music concert, followed by dinner in this unique historical setting.

About the Musicians

Klára Klánská (Violin)
Born in 2004, Klára Klánská graduated from the Prague Conservatory and is currently continuing her studies at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (HAMU). She was the winner of the Václav Hudeček Academy in 2022 and has performed as a soloist with prominent orchestras, including the PKF – Prague Philharmonia and the Bohuslav Martinů Philharmonic. Since September 2025, she has been a member of the Orchestral Academy of the Czech Philharmonic. She is also a laureate of several competitions, including a first prize at Talents for Europe.

 

Adam Klánský (Cello)
Born in 2001, Adam Klánský graduated from the Prague Conservatory and is currently completing his studies at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (HAMU). He is a laureate of numerous international competitions, including first prizes at the Concours Flame in Paris and the Dotzauer Competition in Dresden. As a soloist, he has performed with prominent Czech orchestras, such as the PKF – Prague Philharmonia and the Hradec Králové Philharmonic. He is a founding member of Trio Gaudium and, since September 2023, serves as the Assistant Principal Cellist of the Czech Philharmonic.

 

Anna Knoulichová (Piano)
Born in 2001, Anna Knoulichová studied at the Prague Conservatory and is currently continuing her master’s studies at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (HAMU). She has won top prizes at several international competitions, including the Orbetello Piano Competition and, most recently, the 2nd prize at the International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition in Mariánské Lázně (August 2025). She has participated in prestigious masterclasses across Europe led by renowned pianists such as Louis Lortie and Charles Richard-Hamelin, and is a founding member of Trio Gaudium.
