The conference will begin with a welcome drink on Sunday late afternoon at the conference venue. This informal gathering provides a first opportunity to meet fellow participants and reconnect with colleagues. During this time, the registration desk will be open.
Boat Trip on the Vltava River
Tuesday, June 9, 2026 | 5:00–7:00 p.m.
Participants are invited to join a boat trip on the Vltava River, offering panoramic views of Prague’s historic landmarks from the water. Light refreshments will be provided on board. This event combines sightseeing with informal networking in a relaxed atmosphere.
Conference Dinner
Wednesday, June 10, 2026 | 6:00–10:00 p.m.
Bethlehem Chapel, Old Town (wheelchair accessible)
The conference dinner will be held at the Bethlehem Chapel, a national cultural monument located in Prague’s Old Town. The evening will open with a classical music concert, followed by dinner in this unique historical setting.
