To ensure the program runs on schedule and all materials are properly archived, please follow these guidelines. The timetable is very full; we kindly urge all speakers to strictly respect their allotted time.
Oral Presentations
Because we have a packed agenda, please prepare your talk to fit the following durations:
-
Invited Talks: 25 + 5 minutes (25 min. presentation + 5 min. Q&A).
-
Regular Talks: 12 + 3 minutes (12 min. presentation + 3 min. Q&A).
Requirements:
-
Upload Deadline: Please upload your slides directly to Indico by 8:00 PM the day before your contribution.
-
File Formats: PDF is highly recommended to avoid formatting issues; PPTX is also accepted.
-
Aspect Ratio: 16:9 is preferred for the venue projectors.
Poster Presentations
Posters will be presented exclusively in physical form during the poster session. There will be no oral poster presentations. Although posters appear in the conference timetable, the short time slots shown there are used solely for scheduling and administrative purposes and do not correspond to individual presentations.
We strongly encourage authors to upload a digital version of their poster to Indico to make their work more accessible to all participants.
- Physical Format: Printed form, portrait orientation.
- Size: Maximum size A0 (preferred size).
- Indico Upload: Please upload a PDF version of your poster to Indico. This allows other participants to access and view your work throughout the event.
Logistics
- Timing: Please check the conference timetable for the date and time of your assigned poster session.
- Installation: Posters should be installed during the morning of the day on which they are scheduled.
- To locate your poster board, a list of posters with numbers (1–34) corresponding to panel numbers will be available at the registration desk and near the poster boards.
- Attendance: Authors are expected to be present at their poster for the entire duration of the assigned poster session. This time should be used to discuss the work with conference participants and answer questions.
- Removal: Posters should be removed promptly at the end of the day unless instructed otherwise by the organizers.
